OUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We stand behind our tools and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We strive to work with all customers to build a positive, trust-based business relationship. The bottom line is: If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. Please let us know what’s wrong as soon as possible so we can work to make it right.
Most items can be returned within 30 days for refund or exchanged in new, unused, re-salable condition for any reason. Please note that certain items, such as chemicals and consumables including Brillianize, INX and Tri-Flow products as well as toner dusting wipes, vacuum filters, etc., are non-returnable once opened.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER FOR REFUND?
In all eligible cases, returns shall be initiated within 30 days following your receipt of the product.
Contact us and let us know you’d like to initiate a return. Once we authorize the return, we’ll give you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number should be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package.
Upon authorization, you may return a new, unused item in re-salable condition for a refund of the item(s) purchase price. Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), you will be issued a refund in the form of a credit to your original payment method. In the event that we are unable to credit your original payment method, store credit of the same amount will be issued. We reserve the right to de-authorize a return refund for items received in non-resalable condition.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we receive your return, we will do our best to process the return and issue your refund as quickly as possible. We will contact you upon receipt of the return, and again once your return has been processed and refund issued. Please allow several business days for receipt of funds, depending on your specific financial institution’s policies.
WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
No problem! To exchange a product in new, unused, re-salable condition, just let us know. We will work with you to select a product that fits your needs and determine the best way to complete the exchange in keeping with our return policy.
HELP! MY ORDER IS MISSING AN ITEM, OR I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT.
Please immediately notify us of the issue. If we missed an item or accidentally sent you the wrong product, we will ship you the correct item(s) at no additional cost and issue a return shipping label so you can return the incorrect item to us at no cost.
